The School Efficiency and Quality Advisory Council was created as part of Ballot Measure 26-48 to ensure that money going to Multnomah County school districts from the temporary Multnomah County personal income tax is spent as intended and making a positive difference in the performance of all students. The Council will hold public meetings and report its findings to all households in Multnomah County.
